Second Look Retirement is a small independent website for people who are approaching retirement or already retired and want to find a financial advisor they can trust.

What we do

We publish plain-English guidance on choosing an advisor — what to ask, how advisors are paid and how to check their record. When you're ready to compare advisors, we introduce you to the free matching service of WiserAdvisor, which connects people with 2 to 3 pre-screened advisors near them.

How we make money

We may receive a referral fee from WiserAdvisor when you request a match. The service stays free for you, and our fee doesn't change what you pay any advisor you hire.
